When I started with Agemark, I had no idea what career I wanted to pursue. I started as a caregiver and CNA, and quickly realized I wanted to grow within this company. I obtained my gerontology degree while working part-time, and then got the opportunity to be our first call center associate. Now, I’m the Sales Training Manager and a member of Agemark’s Corporate Sales Team. I’ve found my calling!

I was originally hired as a marketing assistant and later became a resident services coordinator. I learned so much under the mentorship of our previous director, and when she was promoted to a regional position, I was elevated to Executive Director. People in this company believe in me, and it makes me want to do all I can to make our community successful.

Caregiving.

Create remarkable moments for residents and provide exceptional care. If you have a passion for seniors, love caring for others and are patient and kind - you would fit perfectly here! Our communities encourage you to have fun while on the clock, - it's not unusual to see caregivers dancing, enjoying ice cream and giving hugs in abundance. 


Activities.

Provide engaging and fun activities for someone's grandma or grandpa and encourage them to participate. Plan outings, confidently drive a van or bus and make memories each day! Who knows - you may get 20 more grandparents by forming amazing connections with community residents!  


NURSING.

Use your nursing skills to support residents of our communities. We have RN's, LPN's, CNA's and more on our team. Ensure the physical wellness of residents, provide great communication to families and oversee a team of helpful caregivers and med aides.


Leadership.

Is leadership and management your ambition? For people like you, opportunities to grow within our company are available! We've had many of our team members start by working the floor before earning their way to an Executive Director, a Regional or even become members of our Management Team!

Sales &
Marketing.

Don't let the word "sales" scare you off. Agemark's sales process is like no other. Build trust and form strong relationships with those considering senior living. Enjoy making connections through outreach, planning fun events, and much more. If you have the ability to make connections with people, a desire to help seniors and are goal-oriented, this may be your perfect fit!

Culinary.

Many folks have come from the restaurant industry to work for us, finding a more comfortable schedule, a grateful clientele and the support of an amazing team. Residents of our communities love food and meals are amazing social opportunities. Combine your love of food with a desire to help others; incorporate your favorite meals and the favorite meals of residents in your menu!


Maintenance.

Handy men or women with hearts of gold love working at Remarkable Caregivers communities. Here, you're encouraged to help residents by keeping our buildings ship-shape. From painting to turning rooms to fixing what's broken,  you're encouraged to have fun with residents while doing so! It's not unusual to see a few resident helpers provide assistance.

It takes a team to keep our communities strong. Administrative Assistants, Human Resources and Front Desk staff are our backbone. If you're personable, organized and always willing to lend a hand, consider a job with one of our community teams.
